ADDRESS

Junction 1 outdoor event space is located at 37 Rosyth Road, Glasgow, G5 0YD, with entry via A730/New Rutherglen Road.

BY CAR

Junction 1 is based on Clyde Gateway in Glasgow. For those driving, there is a free car park with plenty of spaces available.

We are based very close to the A74 and Junction 1A of the M74, seven minutes from the Merchant City and a few minutes away from both Rutherglen and Dalmarnock train stations.

EAST ON M74

Travelling from (Edinburgh, Coatbridge, Hamilton, Falkirk, Stirling) - Exit M74 at Junction 1A Polmadie.

Turn right at the bottom of the slip road on to A728, under motorway bridge. At the second set of traffic lights, turn right on to the A730/New Rutherglen Road.

Follow the road, then at the first set of traffic lights, turn right, and the entrance to Junction 1 and our car park is straight ahead.

WEST ON M74


Travelling from (Greenock, Irvine, Glasgow Airport, Hillington. Renfrew, Paisley) - Exit M74 at Junction 1A Polmadie.

Turn left at the bottom of the slip road, then turn right at the first set of traffic lights on to the A730/New Rutherglen Road.

Follow the road, then at the first set of traffic lights, turn right, and the entrance to Junction 1 and our car park is straight ahead.

BUS

There are buses running every 15 minutes from Glasgow City Centre, East Kilbride and Hamilton.

Both buses travel along Union Street. and Argyle St. approx. every 15 minutes. Just ask the driver to take you to Shawfield Stadium, the nearest stop to Junction 1.

TRAIN

The nearest train station is Dalmarnock Station. Trains to Dalmarnock travel on the Argyle Line, with regular westbound services to Milngavie and Dalmuir via Glasgow Central and eastbound services to Motherwell.

Dalmarnock station was majorly refurbished in advance of the 2014 Commonwealth Games held in Glasgow and is the closest station to Junction 1.

Junction 1 at Morris Park is a 12 minute walk from Dalmarnock Station.
